For some reason I got completely out of control with taking pictures at weird angles on this trip. I thought it looked cool at the time.
Most of my pictures are intended to convey a feeling of what a place is like rather than to stand on their own artistic merits. Hopefully, weird angles or not, the above can help convey some feeling for what The Voortrekker Monument and Johannesburg are like.

It is your new thing to take pictures at an angle? Just wondering. Brandon and I miss you already. So sad.
Well, it was something I was playing around with to try and make a shot of an average landscape (usually taken from a speeding vehicle) more interesting. Shots of people and violence and such are still taken in the traditional format. What do you think?
I missed both of you as well and so I decided to return to the US.
